What we do

Photography, video & drone media for all of your moments.

We are a Long Island photographer, videographer and drone media team for all of your lifestyle shoots, business media, events, and all of your moments. We're based in East Islip but serve all of our towns on Long Island, as well as Queens, New York City and the Tri-State area. Occasionally we're called upon to travel for destination weddings and other shoots, and our workflow lets us accommodate shoots in and outside the country.

Our photography is grounded in the belief that your precious moments deserve to be captured — and to tell you the story of that moment every time you see them. We strive to create a stress-free environment regardless of the type of shoot, and we'll work with you to capture exactly what you're looking for.

The name

Wait for it… what?

Wondering why we're called "Wait For It" Media? In one of our favorite TV shows, How I Met Your Mother, Barney's signature line was "Wait for it…" right before something he deemed legendary. That's our goal — from the moment you schedule your shoot, to the legendary moments that happen during it, to your love for the content we share with you when it's done.

What's your primary style?

Our primary style is lifestyle, unposed, and natural. Basically, we edit towards keeping your photo looking natural while bringing out the tones that reflect the nature of the time. Take a look at our Instagram, Facebook or portfolio to see if our style fits the look you're searching for.

For businesses, we focus on creating and adapting the look to fit your brand.

How far do you travel?

We love to travel and we love to shoot anywhere we're needed! We're located in East Islip, Suffolk County, NY and shoot most of Long Island with no additional travel fee.

Looking for a destination shoot? We're travel-ready in & outside of the country — contact us to check our availability.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we do! We carry general liability insurance, and if your wedding, event or location requires it, we can send them a certificate of proof so things progress smoothly as we count down to your event.

Can we set up a meeting first?

Absolutely! Reach out via Facebook, email, or the website and we can set up a video chat, phone call, or in-person meeting to discuss what you're looking for — including your vision, budget, and location.

How long does it take to get our photos or videos back?

Our turnaround time varies by the type of shoot, but we pride ourselves on the quickest turnaround possible. For many lifestyle shoots, we provide sneak peeks the same day as your shoot or by the next day. The rest of your gallery is delivered within 1–2 weeks.

For businesses, we know brand refreshes often have a timeline. We'll work with you to meet it — and even send pictures early as needed, if possible.

What else can you do for my business?

Although we're primarily a photography & videography company, we also provide graphic design and social media content using the photos and video we capture for your business. If you're looking for social media content, reach out!
